Pneumostatic Pads - HRA series - for Heavy Laod applications
USE DESTINATIONS AND APPLICATIONS
The Pneumostatic Air Pads HRA series are proposed to be naturally used in dynamic systems characterized by heavy masses and big inertia forces, and where should be necessary and sufficient to minimize the friction forces le forze di attrito and consequentely the applied forces to move the systems. Moreover they are suitable for the use in precise application tipical of HPR and HPC series.
The use of the HRA series pads is suggested in case of the following conditions:
- High static & dinamics forces;
- High shape and geometrical error in the sliding guides.
- Presence of solid, liquid o gas pollution (dust and chips, lubricant oils and grease, process gas)
- High Temerature
CHARACTERISTICS
The series HRA Air Pads are realized in Alluminium with hard surface oxidation and they are provided with a thick mesh for the air diffusion on the sliding surface. These characteristics permit to have a pad extremely resistant to surface damages.
They could be fixed to the load in 2 solutions:
- WITH FIXED ASSEMBLY;
- WITH ADJUSTABLE PIVOTING ASSEMBLY.
