In case the huge Standard product range could not satisfy a specific Customer requirement, MAGER can engineer and manufacture special pneumostatic air pads.

Different technical and technological solution are anyway already available and tested, ready to be applied on customer specific requirements.

Tempered Steel Pneumostatic Pads. The high mechanical characteristics permit the use of these pads for working load extremely high, as for press slides.
Bronze Pneumostatic Pads. In this kind of pads, the excellent antifriction characteristic of the material are used to guarantee no damages in emergency situation for sudden and temporary reduction of the air meatus.
Brass Pneumostatic Pads.
Extra Big or Small Size Pneumostatic Pads. Mager can manufacture both Pads with operative load higher than 2.000 daN and Pads with operative load below 10 N (for micro-mechanics systems).
Magnetic preload Pneumostatic Pads. This kind of pads permits a lower assembly complexity compared to sytems with air pads in face to face disposition. Without air meatus, the magnetic preload can increase the auto-braking capability of the pad/slide.
