Vertical Guide Systems for primary Hardening Measurement MAchine

The vertical guide system for primary hardening metrological machines, developed by MAGER on 1997, permits to reduce the parassite friction forces that give influence to the metrological phases.
The system is based on an upper group with pneumostatic square guide (antirotation) and on a lower group with cylindrical pneumostatic guide.

An electrical circuit, fully realized integrated in the sliding guides permits to determine the air meatus presence and consequentely the measurement correctness.

It is suggested to combine this system to the pulleys PLG series, in order to erase friction forces in the counterweight system.
